CHARTER INCLUSIONS

• Your charter includes a professional Captain and Crew, fuel expenses, as well as provisions of soft drinks, water, and ice for your convenience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be aware that the Dubai Coast Guard strictly regulates all charter companies operating in Dubai. Fines imposed for non-compliance with regulations are common. In the event of any breaches or disregard for the Coast Guard rules, we reserve the right to transfer any resulting fines to our guests.

To comply with regulations:

• All guests must carry original identification. Tourists are required to present their original Passport, while residents can provide their Passport, Emirates ID, or Emirates Driving License. Failure to comply may result in fines ----- per person, as stipulated in the damage waiver agreement.
• Excessive alcohol consumption leading to reckless behavior may result in fines or immediate termination of the charter without refunds.
• Life jackets must be worn as instructed by the Coast Guard during weather warnings.
• Littering in the waters is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• For safety reasons, swimming after sunset or more than three meters from the vessel is not permitted by the Coast Guard.
• Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the charter.
• Participating in Jet Ski or other water toy activities operated by a third party during your trip is not permitted unless booked through us. This regulation ensures compliance with insurance agreements with our partners, safeguarding your safety and the integrity of the experience.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

• Confirmation of the final guest count is required the night before the charter and must not exceed the confirmed number on the day of the charter.

CATERING POLICY

• Final catering numbers must be confirmed the night before. In the event of cancellation or changes to catering requests, the full amount will still be charged. Bringing personal catering on board is not permitted. However, guests may bring dry items such as pizzas, sandwiches, crisps, snacks, etc. Guests arranging their own food should also provide disposable cutlery and plates.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Our Captain and crew focus on safely managing and navigating the vessel and are not responsible for attending to children. Per Coast Guard regulations, children under 10 years old, regardless of swimming ability, must wear a life jacket while in the water or on deck. Additionally, all individuals under 21 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Children below the age of 1 year are the only exceptions allowed on board yachts.

ATTIRE

• Prior to boarding our yachts, please remove footwear. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing.

DAMAGE WAIVER AND LIABILITIES

• Upon arrival at the marina, a pre-authorization of AED 1,500 on your credit card is required. Alternatively, cash can be provided, refunded at the trip's conclusion. This security deposit covers damages, additional services, or packages during the charter.
• In the event of any damages caused to the vessel by the client or their guests, a written notification with details will be provided within 24 hours. An official quotation for repair or replacement will be obtained, and the client will be notified. The amount for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the card used for booking. All damage quotes are considered final.
• Additional cleaning resulting from the charter will incur charges.
• Fines imposed by local marine authorities due to non-compliance with our policies by the primary charterer or their guests will be covered under the damage waiver.
• We assume no liability for losses or extra expenses due to accidents, injuries, illness, or death.
• Animals or pets are strictly prohibited on board.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the charter.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

• We retain the right to cancel any bookings. In case of cancellation, no liability is assumed by us. Full refunds will be issued to the primary charterer for payments made.
• Cancellation instances will be limited to:
• Unfavorable weather conditions, mechanical failures, or the absence of satisfactory upgrade options. This includes Coast Guard restrictions or the enforcement of new laws preventing the charter from proceeding.

CANCELLATION FEE RETENTION POLICY:

• 50% of the booking value retained up to 72 hours before the scheduled charter time and date.
• 100% of the booking value retained within 72 hours of the scheduled booking time and date.
• The Charterer holds the right to cancel without incurring the aforementioned charges if:
• Weather conditions are deemed unsafe, or a coastguard warning has been issued.
• We fail to deliver an agreed-upon operational aspect of the charter on the scheduled day.
• Cancellations must be confirmed by the client before the lapse of the charter time.
• Aurora Sky Yacht employs solely qualified and experienced Captains and crew who are technical experts in delivering our charter services in these waters. The Captain's directives are definitive, and guests are expected to adhere to them respectfully. Instances of antisocial or reckless behavior, abuse, etc., will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund and potential prosecution.

ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS

• Visa and Mastercard payments will be accepted in AED currency.
• We do not engage in trade or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Individuals under the age of 18, considered minors, are not permitted to register as users or conduct transactions on our website.
• We retain the right to charge any damages or penalties to the cardholder in case of violations.
